Protected by geology — not by technology.
The source
Some waters simply quench your thirst. Others tell the story of nature at its purest. 808 belongs to the latter. Hidden deep beneath the sun-drenched landscapes of Provence, at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire mountain, our natural artesian water begins an extraordinary journey through ancient limestone before rising from a protected artesian source — 808 meters / 2,651 feet below the surface.
A water shaped not by industry, but by a thousand years of stone, silence and time.
The Sainte-Victoire is more than a landscape; it is a filter. Rain that fell on its slopes millennia ago has descended slowly through layer upon layer of pure limestone, gathering minerality drop by drop and shedding everything the modern world would later add to the surface. What reaches the aquifer at 808 meters is water as nature composed it — no more, no less.
This exceptional depth is the whole of our story. It naturally shields 808 from surface pollutants, preserving an original purity that few waters in the world can claim. And because the aquifer is artesian, the water is not pumped: it rises under its own natural pressure, all the way to the surface. We simply meet it where it emerges.
Every drop is protected by geology rather than technology, requiring no artificial treatment to achieve its exceptional quality. Naturally free from nitrate, pesticide and PFAS, 808 reflects an uncompromising commitment to purity — and a carefully balanced mineral composition that offers a rare harmony between freshness, softness and character.
808 is drawn directly from its protected source at Meyreuil, bottled at the origin and presented in elegant premium glass. Nothing is transported before bottling; nothing is added; nothing is corrected. It is a philosophy where luxury is defined not by excess, but by authenticity — a water created by time, protected by nature, and crafted for the world’s finest tables.
One source. One signature. One exceptional expression of French excellence.
808 has been drawn from the Meyreuil source, in Provence, since 2017. From Provence to the finest hotels, Michelin-starred dining rooms and private residences around the world, our commitment has never changed: to carry this water from its depth to the table, untouched.
