Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 2026 — Version 1.0

Sentinel Eleven LLC, doing business as WATER 808 USA (“808,” “we,” “us”), respects your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information through water808.com, the Trade Portal and related business communications.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect business contact and identity information; employer and title; account credentials; legal business, EIN and resale-certificate information; billing and delivery information; orders, invoices and payment status; communications, applications and uploaded documents; device, browser, IP, cookie and usage data; and information received from service providers, references or public business sources. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless requested for a legitimate business purpose.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to review applications; create and secure accounts; verify tax status; provide pricing; process and deliver orders; collect payments; maintain records; respond to support and claims; communicate transactional and, with consent where required, marketing messages; prevent fraud and abuse; improve the site; comply with law; and establish or defend legal claims.

3. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to hosting, e-commerce, CRM, payment, accounting, analytics, communications, logistics, warehouse, carrier, professional-adviser, insurer and security providers; to affiliates or transaction counterparties in a business transfer; to authorities when legally required; and with consent or direction. Service providers may use information only for contracted or legally permitted purposes.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies for security, login, cart and preferences. We do not currently use analytics or marketing cookies. Should that change, we will describe the technologies used and provide the applicable choices before they are set. The Cookie Policy lists every cookie the site sets today, its purpose and its duration. Browser controls may also limit cookies, although portal functions may require essential cookies.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for accounts, transactions, tax/customs and business records, security, disputes and legal obligations. Retention varies by record type. We delete or de-identify information when no longer reasonably required, subject to backups and legal holds.

Where a trade account application is declined, the resale certificate provided with it is deleted 30 days after the decision, unless an order has been recorded on the account. We notify the applicant seven days before the deletion, so that a copy can be requested. We then keep only a record that a certificate was provided and its expiry date.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information. No system is completely secure. Account users must protect credentials and promptly report suspected compromise.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may update account information, unsubscribe from marketing, manage nonessential cookies, or contact usa@water808.com to request access, correction or deletion. We will evaluate requests under applicable law, verify identity and retain information when legally permitted or required. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority.

8. State Privacy Notices

If a state privacy law applies to our processing and to you, we will honor applicable rights and provide any required supplemental notice.

9. International Visitors

The site is operated for U.S. business activity. If information is accessed or submitted from another country, it may be processed in the United States, subject to applicable law.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update this Policy and will post the new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Contact: usa@water808.com
