In this document, “WATER 808 USA,” “808,” “we” and “us” mean Sentinel Eleven LLC, doing business as WATER 808 USA.
To offer a simple, transparent experience tailored to professionals, WATER 808 USA provides its partners with a high-performing logistics organization, designed to guarantee secure supply, controlled lead times, and service that meets the standards of luxury hospitality, fine dining, and premium distribution.
40 cl (400 ml) bottle — The 40 cl format is available in the United States. It is designed for luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, beach clubs, lounges, premium bars, in-room service, private events, and exceptional venues.
75 cl (750 ml) bottle — The 75 cl format is the reference format for table service in restaurants, hotels, private clubs, yachts, and gastronomic establishments.
Every first order opens an official WATER 808 USA trade account and brings the client into our distribution network.
Minimum opening order: 5 pallets.
This first order is prepared directly at the source in France and includes all international logistics operations: goods preparation; transport to the port of departure; ocean freight; French and US customs formalities; import into the United States; transfer to our US warehouse; final delivery preparation.
Given the logistics commitments and the costs of international import, the first order must be paid in full before shipment. This full payment covers goods preparation, ocean freight, customs formalities, international transport, and delivery to our US warehouse.
The first delivery requires international supply directly from France.
Average lead time: 30 to 35 business days. Maximum: 36 business days, from order validation and receipt of full payment.
Once the trade account is active and the first delivery is completed, the client gains direct access to stock held in our US warehouse.
Minimum reorder: 1 pallet. Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours, subject to stock availability.
This allows our partners to restock their establishments quickly, without waiting for a new import from France.
All orders ship directly from our US warehouse to the client’s delivery address.
Deliveries are generally made within 3 to 7 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
Warehouse pickup may be offered, on request and subject to WATER 808 USA approval.
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, order volume, and the chosen delivery method. They are clearly indicated before final order validation.
808 sells in the United States through approved U.S. wholesale accounts only. Wholesale pricing and ordering are reserved for approved trade partners and are never shown publicly: the public site carries no prices and no cart.
WATER 808 USA does not operate a direct-import program. All products are supplied from our US warehouse under the terms set out above; we do not arrange direct shipments from France to a customer, nor do we support customer-managed imports.
Yes — a professional buyer can open a trade account and order online, once the account is approved. Two routes lead to an account.
